  • If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from the description, you are entitled to a full refund.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within up to 14 working days after approval.

  • You do not need to return the product to receive your refund.

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you wish, you can place a new order on our website.

  • Perishable, customised or personalised items, and sealed products (if opened) are not eligible for return.
